The hotel "Angara" is located in the city center of Irkutsk on Kirov square in front of the City Hall. It was renovated in 2000 and has 300 rooms with all comforts: Single, double, and Junior and delux suites. Comfortable standard single and double rooms have a colour TV set, a telephone, a fridge (mini bar), and a bathroom with a shower stall, a hair drier and a towel drier. Junior suites offer an additional bathtub while deluxe suites offer a Jacuzzi as well. All the rooms in the hotel have an electronic system of access control.

The hotel features a Russian, Chinese and European restaurant and several smaller cafeterias/bars.

A conference Hall (up to 55 places) is equiped for business meetings, conferences and seminars.
