1) Please note that we cannot guarantee the reservation of single rooms at Moscow State University during summer time, as there are only limited number of rooms available. In this case we propose accommodation with a Russian family or at the nearby hotel Universitetskaya.

2) An additional USD 70 is required for faster delivery of the visa invitation letter if we receive the application less than 4 weeks before your entry to Russia.

3) There is an additional visa fee at the Russian Consulate (USD 50-140 depending on speed of delivery and visa duration). Certain Consulates require to mail the original invitation letters for long-term stays (e.g., UK, US, Austria, Switzerland).
