(1)I will go to Crocus Expo center everday and therefore looking for a single room with attach bathroom during above period. (2)Please offer an single room apartment near to Crocus Expo (located at the intersection of Moscow City Ring Rd and Volokolamsk highway not far from Sheremetyevo airport ) or around the area near by Metro station- Tushinskaya or Planernaya ( along Tagansko-Krasnopresnensksya line). (3)Please inform room rate per night from 5-10 June,06 (5 nights). (4)Please inform whether you can provide airport transfer service from Domodedovo to the apartment? At what rate? (5)I need visa registartion during stay and a letter issue to apply for visa so that I can apply tourist visa enter into Moscow.Can you do that?Please introduce if someone can issue this letter. Posted At 09:38:57 07/05/2007 ACCOMMODATION FROM OWNER AVAILABLE IN MOSCOW ASAP. TOTAL: 60 sq. m. ROOMS: 15 & 20 sq. m . KITCHEN: 10.5 sq. m. FLOOR: 16/16 NO COMISSION, NO AGENT'S FEE. A comfortable fully furnished and equipped two-room flat (the whole apartment or just any of the two rooms) with a large repaired balcony (in the multistoried block of flats) with all modern conveniences in an ecologically clean safe and quiet district (bedroom community) in the north-east of Moscow, is available for a long-term (preferable) or short-term rent. Fridge, washing machine, telephone, TV-set, video-recorder, DVD-player, microwave, cable TV & fast Internet in each room – every facility is available. PVC windows, wooden floors, cosy, clean and quiet flat. Metro station (Altufyevo) is 7-10 minutes to go on foot from my place. The very centre of the city is about 20 minutes by car or by metro. Lianozovsky park with tennis courts, swimming-pool and sport club is about 15 minutes to walk. My flat is situated near Altufyevo metro station, formally it is in North-East of Moscow but if you have a look at Moscow Metro Map you'll find the station at the very top of the grey line, in the North. In the map it looks to be pretty far from the centre of the city, but if you are going to use metro to travel around Moscow it will take you 20-25 minutes by metro to get to the very centre, besides there are some advantages in living near the top stations - the ability to get a seat in the mornings when metro trains are full of people, besides, the district is one of the ecologically cleanest in Moscow and here we have a nice park in 15 minutes walking distance from my place with a great sport complex, swimming pool and tennis courts! ) The prospective rental payment for the whole flat is 1600$ (40.000 roubles) per month.
